Form 8 - Modification in Details - સુધારો કરાવવા માટે
INSTINSTRUCTIONS
1) Applicant must write their Name, Relation name, Address etc. in Gujarati on the print out in the space provided and post it to address given in the report or hand over the same duly signed to the respective Designated Location on special campaign day between office time along with original/attested true copy of the document to prove his/her age,address.
2) Paste your Passport Size Photograph on Print copy of Form No. 6 and 8 before post it to concern officer.

New Registration માં રજીસ્ટર્ડ થયા પછી ફરીથી Login થયા બાદ આપ અરજી કરી શકો છો.
